In the terms set out here, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CLOBBER. “Customer” and “you” refers to the customer of CLOBBER.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Remember to check your account and delivery information to ensure everything is correct before submitting your order. We may not be able to amend the order after submission.
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@clobbersupply.com. The confirmation email does not mean that we have accepted your order; only when your order has been shipped has the order been accepted.
CLOBBER make every effort to ensure that our website displays accurate information, however, we cannot guarantee product availability at the time you place your order. In the event that we are unable to supply you with a product, we will notify you via email.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website.
Our payment system is managed by Shopify. CLOBBER do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with third parties.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

LIABILITY
If the Customer discovers that any of the goods purchased have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged or with defects, CLOBBER will offer the customer a refund for their goods, plus any incurred shipping charges.
In no circumstances shall the liability of CLOBBER to the Customer exceed the invoice value of the goods purchased.
