RETURNS POLICY

If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us.

  • You have 14 days to return your order, after the delivery date.
  • To minimise waste, please re-use the CLOBBER packaging that your order was shipped in to return your item(s) to us.
  • Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging, with any tags intact. Returned items that have been worn or washed will be refused.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

UK RETURNS

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Select the order and item(s) you want to submit the return for
  3. Select a return reason
  4. Click 'Request Return'
  5. Once your return has been approved, we will email you with a return shipping label and instructions
  6. Post your item(s) back to us and we'll send you a refund once they've been received

Returns will incur a restocking fee of £3.99 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@clobbersupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. The return will need to be organised and paid for by you, the customer.
  3. Please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. Otherwise, the return may be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Refunds will be processed once the return has been received by us and passed our quality checks.
  5. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited availability of products, we do not hold specific stock for exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, you can return your original purchase and, subject to availability, submit a new order.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER

If there is a problem with your order (e.g. the item is faulty or you have received the incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s), with details of the issue and your order number at contact@clobbersupply.com.
