These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the CLOBBER website or place an order with us. Please read them before making a purchase.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CLOBBER CLOTHING LTD. "You" and "your" refer to our customers and website visitors.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Please check your order and delivery details carefully before completing your purchase. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been placed.
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
If you haven't received confirmation within 3–5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
We do our best to keep product availability and pricing accurate. If an item is unavailable or there's an error with your order, we'll contact you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders before dispatch, including those affected by pricing errors. Any payments taken for cancelled orders will be refunded.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to represent our products accurately, including their colours, materials and specifications. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Product details, prices and availability may change without notice. We may also discontinue products at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

LIABILITY
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including your statutory consumer rights.
